If you encounter a problem, please, check the product web page to see
if there is an available upgrade that could solve your troubles.
If you are not able to solve your problem using the latest
version of the product then e-mail us the problem at
support@sibnature.com.
Make sure you specify the following information in your message:
- The version of the program.
- Your name and your order number (for registered users).
- Your operating system with updates and localization (for example,
Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2, Arabic version).
- The problem, and how it can be reproduced. Please try to supply
enough information so that we can reproduce the problem.
- Any other information that you think is related and might help us.
If you have encountered an unknown system message when working with
the program, please attach a screenshot of such message to your mail.
